12 Riband Wave, 9 Willow Beauty, 8 Heart & Club, 7 Heart & Dart, 5 Flame, 3 Scarce Footman, Dark Arches, Uncertain, 2 Scalloped Oak, Double-striped and V-Pug, Tawny Marbled Minor, 1 each of Brimstone, Clouded Silver, Fern, Grey Pine Carpet, Cypress Carpet, Tawny-barred Angle, Green Pug, Lime-speck Pug, Scarlet Tiger, Elephant and Poplar Hawkmoth, Marbled White Spot (Garden Tick), Turnip Moth, Cabbage Moth, Clay, Dun-bar, Coronet, Setaceous Hebrew Character, Buff-tip and Marbled Green in the triple UV trap last night.

Another productive night with the 3UV trap in the garden. A new species for the garden with a July Highflyer. Also recorded 8 Heart & Club, 7 Riband Wave, 3 Willow Beauty, Flame, Buff Ermine and Uncertain, 2 Swallow-tailed Moth, Lime-speck, Double-striped and V-Pug, Marbled Beauty, Dark Arches, Heart and Dart, Common Footman and singletons of Maidens Blush, Clouded Silver, Cypress Pug, Grey Pine Carpet, Scarce Footman, Beautiful Hook-tip, Elephant Hawkmoth, Tawny Marbled Minor, Large Yellow Underwing, Setaceous Hebrew Character, Clay, Poplar Grey, Fan-foot and Small Fan-foot.

July Highflyer - First garden record Maidens Blush

Both Yellow Shell and a couple of Vapourer flying around the garden in the sunshine.
